Within the preparation of the lending entity for the competitions period, the bank implements up-to-date contactless technologies, simultaneously developing the network of branches and remote services.

In December 2013, an option of contactless payment by cards became available for holders of Sviaz-Bank cards: up-to-date POS-terminals, Visa payWave compatible, were installed in the bank's branches. The first contactless terminals appeared in June 2013 in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Terminals allowing contactless payment for services make it possible to transact within the amount of RUR 1 000 instantly. Alongside, one does not need to type in the PIN-code and sign the cheques. Sviaz-Bank has been independently operating at the market of Krasnodar Krai already for eight years: more than 430 corporate customers and over 6 000 individuals are served in the branch. There are five points of sale in the region, including the head office of the branch in Krasnodar, two subsidiary offices in Sochi, a subsidiary office in Korenovsk and one mini-office.

The lending entity's ATMs are installed in the Aivazovsky Hotel Complex, Sochi International Airport, Adler and Sochi Post Offices, as well as in Imeretinsky port. All of them are accompanied by the Russian and English handbooks, and their interface is easy and understandable for any customer.
